It consists of a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (100 x 195 cm) and a spacious double bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower and bidet and a small storage room with washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and cutlery, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle.
There is a smartTV in the living room.
The bedroom, with a small balcony, has ample closet space and a second smartTV.
The house has air conditioning, underfloor heating, autoclave, free wifi, methane gas and carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher.
The property also has an indoor garage, which, upon request and subject to availability, can be reserved for an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the facility and is accessible via a flight of stairs, no elevator.
