One-Bedroom Apartment

The apartment is a two-room apartment of about 48 m2, with large windows and two small balconies. It consists of a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (cm 140 x 195) and a spacious double bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower and bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and cutlery, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle.
There is a smartTV with Sky subscription available for guests in the living room.
The bedroom, with a small balcony, has ample closet space and a second smartTV.
The house has air conditioning, underfloor heating, autoclave, free wifi, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher.
The property also has an indoor garage, which, upon request and subject to availability, can be reserved for an additional fee.
The apartment is accessed by descending a short communal staircase.
